Entirely eco-friendly restaurant set on an ex-industrial estate headed up by Chef Rene Redzeppi of Noma. Hydroponic systems water all the vegetables that are grown on site. Almost everything in the restaurant is reused and repurposed, there is very little waste. The tasting menu with the wine pairing was innovative and inspiring. The waiting staff were friendly and charismatic, however the sommelier had a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’.
