To share with you the news that we are now working closely with the very best of the best Berry Bros & Rudd & FIELDS, MORRIS & VERDIN for our vinous needs 🍷
This means: wines paired with our seasonal offerings, wine tasting fine dining experiences and a hand picked, curated list for our lovely clients to share with their friends and families at our events. It’s Victoria here, for those of you that have followed this journey, my love of wine was set in stone with the WSET Advanced course with Jimmy @westlondonwine and a vendage in the Rhône Valley. I then began offering my Sommelier services within our events together with Jonty, our Head Chef.
As our menus change seasonally and we work with the very best produce available. Our suppliers, growers and producers all share our core values of understanding the provenance of our food so it seems only natural that our wine offering matches that too. 🙌🏻#Berry Bros & Rudd work with incredible vintners and growers who use organic and biodynamic methods which is just music to my ears!
