This is by far one of the most exciting restaurants I have ever experienced. Not only was the food and restaurant sensational and captivating, the journey from London to the depths of the Tundra was exhilarating. Two of my favourite courses were the reindeer dashi infused with the forest (literally, twigs, moss and leaves) served with a young curd and the wild trout roe wrapped in pig’s blood. This was creamy, buttery and rich with trout roe flavour bombs bursting in the mouth. The aged dairy cow steak was fantastic and the King crab leg exceptional. 

This really is a “once in a lifetime” place and a must-visit destination.
