Smoke & Salt, Brixton POP London.

This place has popped up in a shipping container in Brixton, set up by two guys who started out on the pop-up circuit. They create simple dishes with interesting flavour profiles and amazing local provenance. Overall the dinner was tasty, the experience a little rushed as they had many people queueing up at the door. These guys are ready for the next step to have a fully fledged restaurant in town. Watch this space!
