The complexity and craftsmanship behind each dish created by Chef Adolfo de Cecco is brilliant. Fermentation, dehydration, Espuma; the list goes on. The menu is carefully curated to create a symphony of sensory flavours which balance perfectly.
You can find the hidden gem that is Kitchen Table, shrouded behind a velvet curtain and tucked behind a gourmet hotdog restaurant

Bob Bob Ricard is a timeless restaurant perched on a corner in Soho. You wouldn't guess it from the somber exterior that inside lays an opulent, shiny, elegant, Art Deco and Russian inspired restaurant and bar.
Salon Brixton has a well designed menu and seems to produce interesting dishes from such a tiny kitchen. There were some tasty courses but I would say they were overpriced for such simple ingredients
